Job summary

Patriot Enterprises LLC is seeking a State SOS Coordinator to provide information, referrals, and outreach to geographically dispersed surviving family members. The role supports CAOs and works with Families of fallen Soldiers across all components.

The position requires strong mission focus, emotional maturity, and the ability to manage relationships with VSOs, CAOs, and service providers. Travel and background checks are required.

Qualifications

• Experience helping Families and survivors understand their benefits and navigate programs such as VA benefits, TRICARE, and educational opportunities.
• Ability to provide dignified verbal and written responses in sensitive situations.
• Ability to travel and pass extensive background investigation.

Responsibilities

• Be available 24/7/365 by phone to receive requests for assistance from constituents.
• Contact and meet Survivors during transition periods and milestone events at least annually.
• Provide information on ARNG resilience programs and benefits available through SOS directives and IMCOM manuals.
• Coordinate relationships with civilian and military service providers and lead survivor outreach events.
• Conduct referrals for financial assistance and maintain a resources directory.
