Catholic Charities Diocese of Des Moines in Council Bluffs is seeking a Housing and Economic Advocate to provide critical support to survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. The role includes helping clients assess their needs for housing, advocating for their rights, and connecting them with community resources. Competenze

• 1-2 years related job experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid knowledge of human and social service programs.
• Knowledge of intervention techniques for sexual assault and domestic abuse.

• Assist survivors with housing and economic support.
• Provide case management for survivors.
• Collaborate and connect survivors to resources.
• Assist with legal advocacy and individual counseling.
