Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, or victim advocacy.
• Working knowledge of restorative and reconciliation-oriented practices.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and database systems.
• Practicing Catholic with integrity and conduct aligned with Church teachings.

Responsabilités

• Provide trauma-informed, compassionate response when abuse is reported.
• Offer ongoing accompaniment and advocacy for survivors and families through diocesan and civil processes.
• Document survivor interactions in OCYP database and ensure timely follow-up.
