Qualifications

• Experience with military survivor benefits, casualty assistance, retirement benefits, veterans’ benefits or personnel administration.
• Familiarity with DFAS, VA and military benefits processes.
• Experience assisting surviving families or other vulnerable populations.
• Strong research, documentation and customer-service skills.
• DCIPS, CMAOD or Casualty Assistance Officer experience is highly desirable.
• Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain the required background investigation and Common Access Card.

• Support quality review before cases are closed or transitioned.
• Handle all family information with discretion and sensitivity.

Status: Contingent upon contract award

Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking Survivor Benefits and Entitlements Specialists for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract at Fort Knox.

The specialist will support accurate and compassionate administration of military survivor benefits and related casualty-case requirements.
