Job summary

Axyde Analytics, LLC, is seeking a Program Manager to lead casualty administrative support services for Army HR Command at Fort Knox. The role covers staffing, transition, operations, quality control, training, reporting and customer coordination on site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years managing federal programs, experience with CMAOD/CASS/DCIPS, strong leadership and written communication, and the ability to obtain the necessary security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant management experience.
• Five+ years managing federal administrative, personnel, casualty, survivor-support or comparable service programs.
• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary onsite workforce.
• Direct CMAOD, CASS, DCIPS or military casualty-operations experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, leadership and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead program mobilization and the anticipated 30-day transition.
• Direct casualty case-management, survivor-benefits, claims, correspondence and repatriation-support teams.
• Maintain qualified staffing and cross-trained backup coverage.
• Manage workload, backlog, accuracy, timeliness and corrective actions.

• Brief Axyde and Government leadership on performance, staffing and risk.
• Oversee monthly status reports and contract deliverables.
• Maintain contingency and continuity-of-operations readiness.

Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Program Manager for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract supporting Army Human Resources Command at Fort Knox.

The Program Manager will serve as Axyde’s senior onsite representative and lead staffing, transition, operations, quality control, training, reporting and customer coordination.

Responsibilities
