Job summary

Axyde Analytics, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior onsite representative at Fort Knox for the Army casualty administrative support services contract. The role leads staffing, transition, operations, quality control, training, reporting and customer coordination.

Responsibilities include mobilization, directing casualty case-management teams, maintaining staffing, managing backlog and ensuring compliance with privacy and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant management experience.
• Five or more years managing federal administrative, personnel, casualty, survivor-support or comparable service programs.
• Experience supervising a multidisciplinary onsite workforce.
• Direct CMAOD, CASS, DCIPS or military casualty-operations experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional judgment, discretion, leadership and written communication.

Axyde Analytics, LLC, an SBA-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, is seeking a Program Manager for an anticipated U.S. Army Casualty Administrative Support Services contract supporting Army Human Resources Command at Fort Knox.

The Program Manager will serve as Axyde’s senior onsite representative and lead staffing, transition, operations, quality control, training, reporting and customer coordination.
