Job summary

Amrize seeks a Surveyor II to plan survey schedules, conduct field surveys, and support civil and site layouts across assigned regions. The role demands strong communication, integrity, and leadership by example on quarry and construction projects.

The candidate will handle topographic updates, inventory surveys, and site investigations while collaborating with engineers and site supervisors. Travel to projects is required and adherence to safety policies is essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a Construction Management, Surveying or Civil Engineering role.

Responsibilities

• Assists in carrying out field surveys using GPS, total stations and levels.
• Support data collection, measurement and layout of construction sites.
• Help interpret technical drawings and plans under supervision.
• Assist in preparing survey reports, documentation and site records.
• Learn to use surveying software (e.g., AutoCad, Trimble Business Center).
• Ensure equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
