Bohler Engineering Group's Raleigh, NC office is seeking a Survey Technician to join our land surveying team. You will prepare ALTA/ACSM and boundary surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D, evaluate field data, and support engineering design with precise drawings.

You will mentor junior technicians, ensure data accuracy, and help deliver high-quality survey products across the Raleigh metro area. CAD proficiency and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of CAD experience in land surveying, with Civil 3D proficiency.
• Strong ability to compile deeds and verify survey data.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed ALTA/ACSM, boundary, topographic, and as-built surveys with Civil 3D.
• Evaluate field data for accuracy and completeness.
• Generate surfaces using 3D polylines and points for design integration.
• Perform deed plotting and base map compilation.
• Provide technical oversight to junior staff when needed.
• Ensure seamless data handoff between field and office teams.
