Qualifications

• Solid ability to read and interpret legal descriptions and boundary lines.
• Experience with ALTA surveys, boundary analysis, and exhibit preparation.
• Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D for production work with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with field crews.

Responsibilities

• Assist Professional Surveyors with CAD production and survey research.
• Prepare exhibits and legal descriptions for survey documents.
• Perform boundary analysis and survey computations.
• Process field data using Trimble Business Center and Civil 3D.
• Conduct QA/QC checks and coordinate with office staff.
