Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license is required.
• Extensive experience managing land surveying and right-of-way projects.
• Strong PennDOT and Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission project experience.
• Proven ability to prepare technical and price proposals for public-sector transportation projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, client relationships, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee survey and right-of-way projects from planning through completion.
• Lead field and office staff while ensuring quality, accuracy, and schedule.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate survey deliverables, plats, legal descriptions, and ROW mapping.
• Develop technical and cost/price proposals for solicitations from PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and others.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and public agencies to ensure successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with PennDOT, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and applicable regulatory standards.
