Job summary

LVI Associates is seeking a Professional Surveyor to join its Pennsylvania office, focusing on transportation, infrastructure, and land development projects. The role supports survey operations and mentoring junior staff while delivering accurate mapping and boundary work.

The ideal candidate has a PA PLS license, 5+ years of experience, and proficiency with Civil 3D and modern survey equipment. Travel to project sites may be required and a strong leadership mindset is valued.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mapping, Geomatics, or related field preferred.
  • Pennsylvania Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required or ability to obtain licensure through reciprocity.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Professional Surveyor.
  • Experience with boundary surveys, right-of-way mapping, and survey project coordination.
  • Proficiency with survey and mapping software such as Civil 3D and modern survey equipment preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project and construction sites as needed.
