The role focuses on planning, execution, and client coordination to deliver high-quality results. Ideal candidates will hold a PA PLS license with extensive PennDOT and Turnpike project experience, and a track record of developing technical and cost proposals for public-sector clients.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania PLS license is required.
• Experience leading land surveying and right-of-way projects.
• Extensive experience with PennDOT projects is required.
• Experience with Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission projects is required.
• Proven experience preparing technical and price proposals for public-sector transportation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Pennsylvania surveying standards and ROW acquisition support.

Responsabilités

• Manage and oversee survey and right-of-way projects from planning through completion.
• Lead survey field and office staff while ensuring quality, accuracy, and schedule compliance.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate survey deliverables, plats, legal descriptions, and ROW mapping.
• Develop and prepare technical and cost/price proposals in response to PennDOT and public agency solicitations.
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, engineers, and public agencies to support successful project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with PennDOT, Turnpike, and applicable regulatory standards.
