Job summary

Surveying And Mapping, LLC (SAM) is seeking a Survey Project Manager to oversee multiple land survey projects, manage budgets and resources, and serve as the primary client liaison. You will lead field and office teams, ensure adherence to quality standards, and drive proposal development and contracts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of project/phase management experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with AutoCAD, MicroStation, Geopak, and MS Office. PLS license in TX/OK/LA is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of industry-related work experience in a professional or management capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in related discipline/and or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience in project/phase management for large scale projects.
• Active Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS/PLS) license in Texas, Oklahoma, or Louisiana is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage land survey projects from start to finish, ensuring services meet quality standards and client specifications.
• Develop and manage proposals, budgets, schedules, billings, and contracts.
• Sign and seal plats, field notes and control drawings if required.
• Establish work plans and staffing requirements for multiple land survey projects.
• Participate in business development opportunities and maintain strong client relationships.
