As a Survey Project Manager for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll work alongside our Survey Practice Lead, existing office, and fields teams providing technical oversight, mentoring and project management. You will be responsible for technical and supervisory work, helping coordinate survey crews and office staff engaged in a wide range of survey tasks including design, control, ALTA/NSPS Land Title, boundary, construction, and preparing maps and associated property descriptions. You’ll help train personnel, review survey procedures, and check technical aspects of land surveys. You’ll prepare and verify accuracy of surveys, property descriptions, subdivisions, calculations for construction staking, and other survey deliverables. You will also take part in business development activities and implement marketing strategies to provide growth opportunities for the survey practice.
