Job Description

Our client, a Fortune 5 healthcare company, is seeking a Project Manager to work on regulatory and compliance projects related to Medicare/Medicaid initiatives.

• Direct and coordinate resources to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within budget.
• Use project management tools to develop project charter, perform risk assessments, develop budgets, identify critical paths, and monitor milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings with the project team to discuss status, timelines, and resolve issues.
• Participate in weekly management and stakeholder meetings to discuss project KPIs and related issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage communication and processes among stakeholders while tracking issues through resolution.

Skills And Requirements

• 5-7 years of demonstrated project management experience, including managing large, complex projects.
• Experience in the Healthcare/Insurance Industry.
• Experience in regulatory or compliance projects (preferred).
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with MS Project, Rally, Clarity, or similar tools for budget, resource, and project tracking.
• Experience hosting calls and providing updates to senior leaders.
• Experience on Medicare/Medicaid projects.
