Job summary

Bolton & Menk, Inc. in Oakdale, MN is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead the planning, scheduling and execution of multiple survey projects and teams.

You will apply surveying principles to review field measurements, prepare documents, and direct field surveys for supervisory and quality control purposes across boundary, ALTA, ROW, CIC, easements, topo, and construction staking projects. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• A.S. or B.S. degree from an accredited college or university.
• Professional Land Surveyor license.
• Experience with surveying equipment and software (Trimble, AutoCAD Civil3D).
• Strong self-motivation and ability to apply engineering knowledge.
• Ability to develop relationships with clients and staff from agencies.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Advanced math skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; MVR check required.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple survey projects and personnel.
• Plan, schedule, and evaluate survey work.
• Review field measurements and prepare survey documents.
• Direct field surveys for supervisory and quality control.
• Handle boundary, ALTA, right-of-way, CIC, easements, topo, and construction staking projects.
