Engineering Enterprises, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Project Manager to lead its Surveying Group on a wide range of boundary, ALTA and topographic projects.

The role emphasizes strong communication, project collaboration, and teamwork across multiple projects. Responsibilities include directing personnel, developing budgets and proposals, tracking costs, business development with clients, and maintaining project schedules.

Qualifications

• Be a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) with 10+ years of Illinois experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MicroStation and Trimble software/tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple large projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the survey group with strong leadership.
• Participate in business development with clients.
• Develop accurate budgets and proposals.
• Direct and manage personnel assigned to the survey group.
• Track costs and maintain project budgets.
• Manage multiple large projects simultaneously.
• Oversee plat creation, boundary calculations and QA.
• Research public records as needed.
