Job summary

Summit Design and Engineering in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Survey Project Manager to lead boundary surveys, route location, ALTA surveys and related tasks for the region. You will coordinate field crews, supervise CAD technicians, and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.

The ideal candidate is a North Carolina PLS with at least five years of experience, proficient with OpenRoads or Bentley ORD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and strong client communication.

Qualifications

• NC PLS licensure is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of PLS experience.
• Experience with NCDOT projects or private surveys is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor survey projects within budget and schedule.
• Lead field crews and CAD technicians to deliver accurate results.
• Drafting or oversight in ORD and Civil 3D as needed.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers and construction personnel.
• Ensure adherence to company standards and procedures.
