You will leverage AutoCAD and field-to-delivery expertise to produce client-winning results and guide a talented team. You will schedule crews, coordinate engineers and field staff, ensure projects meet deadlines, manage equipment, budgets, and timesheets, and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven land development surveying experience.
• North Carolina PLS or SI certification (essential requirement).
• Valid NC driver's license.
• AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica proficiency.
• Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy.
