Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven land development surveying experience.
• North Carolina PLS or SI certification (essential requirement).
• Valid NC driver's license.
• AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica proficiency.
• Microsoft Office Suite expertise.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate multiple survey crews for optimal efficiency.
• Connect engineers, technical staff, and field teams seamlessly.
• Ensure every project meets deadlines and exceeds client expectations.
