Qualifications

• 5+ years of diverse land surveying expertise including Boundary, ALTA, Construction Layout and Topographic projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• A valid Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Carlson, Topcon, Leica and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented mindset with commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.
• Proven experience leading high-performing teams.
• A valid North Carolina driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules, ensuring optimal financial performance.
• Manage multiple survey crews to maximize productivity.
• Oversee and delegate tasks to surveying office personnel to ensure project success.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engineers, clients, and regulatory agencies.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities while nurturing client partnerships.
• Support business planning, marketing efforts, and strategic initiatives.
• Promote and uphold a culture of ethics, teamwork, and safety.
