Survey Project Manager - Council Bluffs area

A growing civil engineering and land surveying firm is opening a new survey office in the Council Bluffs, IA area and needs a Survey Project Manager to lead it. This is a ground-floor opportunity- you\'ll manage a small field crew already in place, own client coordination on survey projects, and have real influence over how the office is built and run.

We\'re looking for someone with 5+ years of surveying experience, a bachelor\'s degree (civil engineering or related), and strong hands-on skill with Autodesk Civil 3D.

An active Land Surveyor license is a plus but not required - we\'re just as interested in someone with 10-15+ years of experience and demonstrated leadership who hasn\'t pursued licensure.

This role is primarily office-based with periodic field time for mentoring and project needs. Compensation is flexible based on experience, and the firm offers meaningful long-term incentives for the right person.

Full time/ Direct hire position

Candidates must be willing to work in-office in Council Bluffs

Role is budgeted between 80-125k DOE
