Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager in South Jersey to lead surveying projects from initial scope through completion.

The ideal candidate will manage schedules and budgets while mentoring staff and working directly with clients to grow the civil engineering practice. Experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA, construction, and/or land development surveying, plus project management and client-facing skills, is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of surveying experience.
• Strong project management and client relationship skills.
• Experience managing survey crews and technical staff.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD/Civil 3D and surveying software.
• Strong understanding of NJ surveying standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee field and office staff and coordinate scope of work with engineers and clients.
• Review survey deliverables for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with engineers and clients to align project goals and requirements.
• Prepare proposals and scopes of work for new and existing projects.
• Ensure projects are completed accurately and efficiently.
