Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. in Boca Raton, FL seeks an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead land development, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveying projects across South Florida.

You will manage projects from proposal to finish, oversee field crews and office staff, review plats and deliverables, and coordinate with clients and municipalities to meet time and budget goals. Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or hold a Green Card.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of survey project management experience.
• Florida PSM license preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Strong knowledge of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys.

An established engineering and surveying firm in the Boca Raton area is seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager to lead a variety of land development, boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveying projects throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities include managing multiple survey projects from proposal through completion, overseeing field crews and office staff, reviewing plats and survey deliverables, coordinating with clients and municipalities, preparing scopes and budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of survey project management experience
• Florida Professional Surveyor & Mapper (PSM) license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Strong knowledge of boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and construction surveys
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, Carlson, Trimble Business Center, or similar software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills
