Qualifikationen

• Active New Jersey Professional Land Surveyor (NJ PLS) license required.
• 7+ years of progressive land surveying experience preferred.
• Strong background in boundary, topographic, ALTA/NSPS, construction, and/or other land surveying services.
• Previous experience managing survey projects and coordinating field and office personnel.
• Strong understanding of surveying principles, procedures, and applicable NJ standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, budgets, and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with clients and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Proficiency with modern surveying technology and industry software.

• Assist with proposals, estimates, and business development activities
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to survey staff

• Ensure projects are completed in accordance with applicable standards, regulations, and client requirements

The Survey Project Manager will oversee surveying projects from initial scope through completion while working closely with clients, field crews, survey technicians, engineers, and other disciplines throughout the organization.
