Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven track record in diverse land surveying projects.
  • Experience with GPS, CAD, and surveying instruments.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills; multitask across projects.
  • Experience in high-precision and historical retracement surveys.

Responsibilities

  • Lead topographic, boundary/ALTA, ROW, utility, and construction stakeout surveys.
  • Oversee hydrographic bathymetric surveys and aerial survey control.
  • Execute facility surveys and high-order geodetic control surveys.
  • Collaborate with PMs and cross-functional teams to guide initiatives.
  • Incorporate GIS data, 3D laser scanning, and 3D GPS DTMs for efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with standards and project requirements.
  • Help advance surveying methodologies and best practices.

Position Highlights:

Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead topographic surveys, boundary/ALTA surveys, ROW determination, utility location surveys, and construction stakeout projects, showcasing your expertise in a variety of surveying services.
  • Lead hydrographic bathymetric surveys and aerial survey control, adding a dynamic dimension to your skill set.
  • Execute high-precision facility surveys and high-order geodetic control surveys, playing a pivotal role in projects that demand precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with project managers and interdisciplinary teams to provide strategic insights and ensure the successful execution of surveying initiatives.
  • Drive innovation by participating in GIS data acquisition, 3D laser scanning, and 3D GPS machine control digital terrain models, enhancing project efficiency and outcomes.
  • Uphold compliance with industry standards, local regulations, and project-specific requirements, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.
  • Contribute to the evolution of surveying methodologies and best practices, shaping the future of the profession.
Qualifications:
