Job summary

Bohler’s Boca Raton, FL office seeks a Survey Project Manager committed to precision and client satisfaction. You’ll lead daily survey operations, review field work and CAD deliverables, and mentor teams to ensure QA/QC across ALTA, topographic, utility, and roadway surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

You will collaborate with engineers and designers, manage client communications, proposals, and billing, and uphold Bohler’s standards for technical excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Surveying or related field; equivalent experience
• 7+ years of land surveying experience
• LS license preferred (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong multitasking and follow-through abilities
• Self-starter able to work independently and with teams

Responsibilities

• Support the Business Manager and Senior Project Manager in daily survey operations
• Review and monitor field surveys, CAD work, plats, and final deliverables
• Oversee boundary analysis, computations, and survey preparation for ALTA, topographic, utility, and roadway surveys using AutoCAD Civil 3D
• Perform quality control on all survey documents
• Coordinate project requirements with field crews, CAD staff, and cross-functional teams
• Communicate progress with clients and present solutions
• Manage proposals, billing, invoicing, and collections
• Mentor and train field crews, CAD technicians, and support staff
• Coordinate schedules and deliverables across departments and external partners
• Comply with company policies, standards, and quality procedures
