Job summary

TRC, Member of WSP, is seeking a Survey Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of pipeline, utility, energy, renewable energy, and infrastructure surveying projects.

Under supervision of a Professional Land Surveyor, you will coordinate field and office teams, manage project documentation, and ensure on-schedule delivery. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of surveying coordination or project support experience.
• Experience with pipeline/energy infrastructure surveying projects.
• Knowledge of boundary, topographic, construction, right-of-way surveying principles.
• Experience with CAD and survey data workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project startup activities and field packages under the direction of a survey lead.
• Support planning and execution of pipeline, energy, and infrastructure surveying projects.
• Coordinate communication among field crews, office staff, project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare project work packages, exhibits, maps, survey records, and deliverables.
• Monitor schedules, milestones, and resource assignments; flag issues.
• Review survey data and documents before professional review.
• Facilitate document management and quality control processes.
• Support project reporting and budgeting.
• Assist with invoicing and logistics.
• Promote safety, quality, and client service.
