Job summary

TRC Companies, Inc. in Houston, TX seeks a Survey Coordinator to support field and office surveying activities. You will review project requirements, develop execution plans, and coordinate survey data.

You will supervise survey personnel, ensure safety and quality, and maintain documentation for schedules, budgets, and deliverables across pipelines and large-scale projects. A PLS license and GIS/AutoCAD proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of surveying experience with supervisory roles.
• Knowledge of cross-country pipeline and utility surveying.
• GPS, electronic data collection, and data transfer to mapping.
• Licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor.

Responsibilities

• Review project survey requirements and develop execution plans with milestones and budget.
• Understand project scope, read documents, and supervise survey personnel to meet schedules.
• Orient and train survey personnel on planning, safety, and quality standards; assign tasks.
• Provide project deliverables including documents, plans, records, and reports on time.
• Monitor survey data for completeness and accuracy; maintain filing systems.
