Job summary

Guidepoint is seeking a Survey Programmer to set up and program market research questionnaires into web-based platforms, with flexible hours aligned to US East Coast teams. The role supports hybrid or remote work.

Responsibilities include programming surveys in Qualtrics, QA, translations support, and coordinating with project managers and field teams on quotas and updates.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience programming market research surveys in Qualtrics or similar platforms.
• Able to interface with internal teams and implement complex survey designs like conjoint and maxdiff.
• Experience QAing surveys and advising on survey design best practices.
