You will collaborate with quantitative operational leads and client service staff to drive cross-functional success and design processes, systems, and best-practice documentation. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years of market research survey programming in Qualtrics or similar

Qualifications

• 10+ years programming market research surveys, with 3+ years leading programming teams.
• Experience designing survey QA processes and consulting on survey design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 6 survey programmers and set QA standards.
• Coordinate with quantitative operational leads and client service staff for cross-functional collaboration.
• Serve as a strategic lead for survey programming, designing processes, systems, and best-practice documentation.
