KPFF Survey is recruiting a full-time Survey Party Chief in Eugene, Oregon. The role involves leading field crews on boundary, topographic, utility, and ALTA surveys using Trimble S6 and GPS technologies. Travel 20–45% is expected, with back-and-forth projects across Oregon and beyond.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. Applicants should have 5+ years as a party chief or senior field technician.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of party chief experience.
• Must be able to travel 20-45% depending on project.
• Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work with a cross-functional team.

Responsabilités

• Lead a field crew safely.
• Lead a crew with effective crew resource management.
• Lead a crew with appropriate field equipment.
• Perform field data collection and construction staking.
• Mentor/coach field technicians to improve performance.
• Operate a field vehicle with a valid license.
