Actalent in Morristown, NJ, is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to deliver Title, ALTA, and Topographic surveys and to perform construction stakeout. The role requires strong knowledge of NJ regulations and site-plan development.

Ideal candidates will have 6+ years in land surveying, experience with ALTA and boundary surveys, and proficiency across roadway, drainage, and utilities design. On-site, permanent position with comprehensive benefits.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
