Job summary

Actalent is seeking an experienced land surveyor for a permanent, fully onsite role in Clinton, NJ. You will prepare Title, ALTA, topographic, and as-built surveys, perform construction stakeout, and stay current with relevant regulations and standards.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of land surveying experience and deep familiarity with NJ regulatory requirements and a broad range of survey types and projects.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of land surveying expertise.
• Experience with topographic, boundary, and ALTA surveys.
• Proficiency in site plan and subdivision land development projects, roadway, grading, drainage, sanitary sewer, and water systems design.
• Familiarity with New Jersey state, county, and local regulatory requirements.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
