Job Description:

We are currently searching for an experienced Survey Manager to support our Midwest Region located in Indianapolis, IN.

This position provides supervision and direction of survey technical staff in conducting land surveys and preparing survey deliverables and documents. Responsible for the success of projects including quality, budget, and schedule for each project.

Responsibilities:

1. This position is responsible for building a team and client relations.
2. Member of a survey team working within a group to meet schedules, client requests (internally and externally), and production expectations.
3. Coordinating and managing outside survey subcontractors.
4. Implementing QA/QC practices for final survey deliverables.
5. Developing fees and writing and reviewing proposals.
6. Ensure compliance with company safety regulations.
7. Communicate regularly with team members and operation managers to keep projects on schedule and meet client expectations.

Qualifications:

1. Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Indiana).
2. 5 - 10 years of Project Management experience.
3. Desire and ability to obtain licensure in additional states.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
5. Judgment and decision-making skills.
6. Complex problem-solving skills.
7. Strong organizational skills.
8. Valid driver's license and good driving record.
9. Safety oriented.
