Join our team as a Survey Project Manager in Indianapolis, Carmel, South Bend, or Martinsville.

Remote opportunities will be considered for experienced Professional Land Surveyors registered in IN for candidates who meet the position requirements and reside in the following states: IN, IL, OH, NC, SC, AZ, CO, FL, MI, MO, NE, TN, WA, and WI.

Responsibilities

1. Business development efforts with clients
2. Prepare various land surveys (Alta, Boundary, Topographic, Condominium, etc.)
3. Manage survey projects from start to finish
4. Bid on new projects and write proposals
5. Client interaction and project budget management
6. Assist with drafting and project preparation

Qualifications

1. 7+ years of land surveying experience
2. AutoCAD Civil 3D proficiency
3. Professional licensure in Indiana (or working towards it)
