Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs in Phoenix is seeking a motivated survey crew assistant to begin or advance a surveying career across residential, commercial, and land development projects in the Greater Phoenix area.

You will perform field activities, support measurements and data collection, and operate survey equipment safely. Collaborate with Crew Chiefs to deliver high-quality survey data while developing skills in land development projects.

Qualifications

• Previous survey experience or internship experience.
• Familiarity with boundary, ALTA, topographic, or construction surveys.
• CST Certification (Level I, II, or III).

Responsibilities

• Assist survey crews on residential, commercial, and land development projects.
• Perform field activities including topographic surveys, construction staking, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, and as-built surveys.
• Operate and maintain modern survey equipment safely and efficiently.
• Support construction layout, monument placement, field measurements, and data collection.
• Work closely with Crew Chiefs and project teams to deliver accurate survey data.
• Develop technical skills and gain exposure to a wide variety of land development projects.
