We are a Land Surveying and Remote Sensing firm with an amazing team in our Phoenix, AZ office. We utilize conventional survey methods, terrestrial LiDAR (3D scanning) and UAS aerial LiDAR and photogrammetric mapping to produce standardized and/or customizable deliverables to our clients. Our team tackles topographic and boundary/ROW projects large and small throughout the southwest - supporting projects for federal, state, city, utility, transportation, power/energy, industrial, and private residential/commercial development.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Survey Crew Chief to lead project-level fieldwork requiring advanced knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our surveying operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, a commitment to following established company standards, and the ability to collaborate within a team environment. As a Survey Crew Chief, you will be responsible for overseeing field survey activities, managing field crew operations, and ensuring project deliverables meet quality and safety standards.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. The employee will be frequently required to stand, talk, or hear. There is also frequent sitting, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
