Responsibilities

• Read and interpret plans
• Operate robotic total stations and GPS equipment
• Perform ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys, and construction staking
• Write boundary survey descriptions for legal documentation
• Mentor and lead team members, fostering a team mentality
• Monitor projects from start to finish, interacting with clients
• Contribute to all operations in a hands-on design role
• Provide quality work with problem solving and troubleshooting skills

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related surveying experience
• Proficiency with Trimble Business Center and Carlson Survey software
• Knowledge of GIS software
• Ability to motivate a team
