Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Crew Chief at Wilmore and Company Professional Land Surveying Inc. As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for leading a survey crew in the field, performing land surveys, operating surveying equipment, and collecting data. You will also oversee crew safety, manage project schedules, and ensure the accuracy of survey work. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience in land surveying and operation of Trimble surveying equipment
• Knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and data collection methods
• Ability to lead a survey crew and communicate instructions effectively
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Proficiency in surveying software and technology
• Experience with Carlson Survey/AutoCAD or other CAD software is a plus
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
