Survey Crew Chief

Overview

As a Survey Crew Chief for Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll work alongside collaborative team members, dedicated mentors, and experienced managers committed to supporting your career growth and success.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct field survey work related to boundary surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, photo control surveys, route surveys, and construction stakeout under the responsible charge of the Registered Professional Surveyor.
2. Support the efficient operation of the field crews using standard operating procedures and current health and safety standards.
3. Operate robotic total stations and GPS receivers to accurately collect relevant data and information.
4. Perform tasks such as cutting brush, driving stakes, taking detailed notes and diagrams, and maintaining company equipment and survey vehicles.

• Skilled in the use of GPS devices, data collectors, and Total Stations
• Ability to operate motorized equipment
• Ability to work outdoors under various field conditions
• Valid Driver's License
