Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in civil engineering, surveying, drafting and/or design for land development and public works projects.
• Strong knowledge of surveying principles, easement documents, survey metes and bounds descriptions and boundary analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson, Word, and Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.

Our firm is seeking a full-time, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Survey Coordinator to assist the Survey Department responsible for comprehensive survey process, direction and implementation on civil engineering projects, including but not limited to client communications, calculations, direction of field work, survey product completion and delivery. The ideal candidate would have AutoCAD, Civil3D and Carlson Survey experience, and would be adept at producing ALTA/NSPS surveys from beginning to end. Essential Functions

• Conduct detailed land surveys to ensure the accuracy of project
• Preparing and maintaining sketches, maps, and reports of legal descriptions of land areas
• Using advanced software and equipment to analyze field data
• Collaborating with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure survey precision
• Verifying the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations

• SIT or NSPS CST III - IV (Office)
• 8 + years of experience in civil engineering, surveying, drafting and/or design for land development and public works projects
• Strong knowledge of surveying principals, easement documents, survey metes and bounds descriptions and boundary analysis
• Ability to review and interpret engineering drawings, title commitments, recorded deeds and plats
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Carlson, Word, and Excel
• High attention to detail and strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
