Job summary

Insight Global in Raleigh, NC is seeking an experienced Survey CAD Technician to join a growing surveying and civil engineering team. You will blend surveying and CAD drafting to produce high-quality deliverables for land development and infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities include producing survey maps and easement plats, maintaining accurate AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings, verifying CAD work for quality, processing GPS data, and supporting project teams to meet deadlines in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• 5+ years of combined Surveying and CAD Design experience.
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2018 or newer).
• Experience with survey computations, GPS data workflows, and boundary surveys.
• Experience preparing easement plats and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting commercial and residential land development projects.
• Experience preparing easement plats.
• Previous experience working for surveying, geomatics, or civil engineering consulting firms.
