Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a drafting professional to transform field data into precise AutoCAD Civil 3D drawings for survey and civil projects in Charlotte, NC. You will produce ALTA, boundary, and topographic surveys and convert field notes into accurate base maps.

Requirements include 2+ years in Survey/Civil, proficiency with AutoCAD/Civil 3D, and English communication. LASER/LIDAR experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Survey/Civil profession required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience using AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• LASER Scanning/ LIDAR experience a plus.
• Ability to read, write and understand English for job-related communications and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform selected drafting assignments quickly and accurately.
• Transform field collected electronic files into Autodesk Civil 3D (CAD) produced drawings.
• Produce ALTA, Boundary, Topographic Surveys, As-Built drawings, maps and subdivision plats using Civil 3D.
• Reduce field notes into survey/civil grade base maps.
