As a Survey CAD Technician at Atwell in Marietta, GA, you will work on diverse projects with various sizes and details in a flexible, national presence. You will generate ALTA surveys, maps, and construction layouts while coordinating with project teams to meet chargeability goals.

Qualifications

• AutoCAD Civil 3D experience preferred.
• Familiarity with Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Thorough understanding of ALTA, boundary surveys, and construction staking.

Responsibilities

• Provide survey CAD support to design staff and ensure standards.
• Create ALTA surveys, final plats, and construction layouts.
• Review site data, legal descriptions, and easement documents.
• Coordinate workflow with Project Managers and Team Leaders.

As a Survey CAD Technician at Atwell, you will work on diverse projects with various sizes, scopes, and details. You will work in a flexible work environment with a fantastic culture and a national presence.

Resourceful Support:Act as a valuable resource for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures.

CAD Proficiency:Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments, ensuring they align with Atwell's standards.

Drawing Production:Generate various drawings specific to projects, including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts, and construction staking.

Survey Data Analysis:Review project survey data to analyze existing site conditions, considering factors like legal descriptions, ALTA Surveys, easement documents, and condo documents.

Plan Modification:Responsibly edit and modify plans in line with revisions from agencies, municipalities, and clients, following directives closely.

Workflow Coordination:Maintain open communication with Project Managers and Team Leaders regarding workflow status, ensuring the team meets chargeability goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous AutoCAD Civil 3D Experience Preferred
• Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) Preferred
• High School Diploma Required, Associated Degree Preferred
• Thorough understanding of Altas, Topo's, Boundaries, and Construction Staking
