Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Survey CAD Technician to support land development, renewable energy, and construction projects. You will draft using AutoCAD Civil 3D, review survey data, and modify plans per revisions, while coordinating with project teams to maintain workflow and chargeability targets.

The role emphasizes diverse project work, a strong culture, and a national presence, with opportunities to grow as a subject matter expert in surveying disciplines.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D preferred.
• Familiarity with Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred.
• Strong understanding of land development surveying concepts.

Responsibilities

• Act as a valuable resource for design staff and drafting practices.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to complete assignments to Atwell standards.
• Generate drawings including ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, layouts, and staking.
• Review survey data to analyze site conditions and documents (ALTA, easements, condo docs).
• Edit plans following agency, municipal, and client revisions while adhering to directives.
• Coordinate workflow with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet chargeability goals.
