Job summary

Atwell, LLC in the United States is seeking a skilled CAD Designer to support land development projects. You will use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to produce site layout, grading, storm and utility plans, and construction staking, aligned with Atwell standards.

The role requires 5+ years of design experience in residential, commercial, or industrial land development, and the ability to coordinate with Project Managers to meet schedules and quality expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• 5+ years of design experience in residential, commercial, or industrial land development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a resource for design staff as it pertains to drafting practices and procedures.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D and related engineering software to complete assignments to Atwell standards.
• Produce site layout, grading, storm sewer, water and sanitary sewer plans, construction layout and staking.
• Review survey data and development documents to inform plans.
• Edit and modify plans as directed by agencies, municipalities and clients.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet chargeability goals.
