Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Survey CAD Technician to support diverse projects nationwide in a flexible, collaborative culture. You will draft using AutoCAD Civil 3D, produce ALTA surveys, final plats, and construction layouts, and review survey data for accuracy and compliance.

Strong CAD skills and experience with surveying documentation are essential, with coordination with Project Managers to meet timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of AutoCAD Civil 3D experience.
• Experience with Trimble Business Center (TBC) preferred.
• High School Diploma required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Atlas, Topos, Boundaries, and Construction Staking.

Responsibilities

• Resourceful support for design staff, guiding drafting practices and procedures.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software to produce assignments per Atwell standards.
• Generate ALTA, Final Plats, Maps of Dedication, construction layouts and staking.
• Review survey data to analyze site conditions and legal documents.
• Edit and modify plans per agency/client revisions.
• Coordinate workflow with Project Managers and Team Leaders to meet chargeability goals.
