Job summary

Colliers Engineering & Design in Mt Laurel, NJ is seeking a driven CADD Operator for our Survey/Geospatial team to translate field data into precise drawings using Civil 3D and AutoCAD.

You will collaborate with surveyors, engineers and project managers to produce ALTA, boundary and topographic surveys, with Microstation a plus, and contribute to land development and infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling in AutoCAD is preferred.
• 2–5 years of related experience; prior survey experience is a plus.
• Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D; MicroStation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft parcels or subdivision boundaries from legal descriptions using CAD techniques (Civil 3D).
• Maintain skills in AutoCAD; assist with 3D scanning deliverables.
• Perform Topographic, ALTA, Boundary and As-Built surveys; read and plot legal descriptions.
• Prepare a variety of survey products under supervision; adhere to AutoCAD standards.
