We are looking for a CAD Technician to work in our Survey department. As a Drafter, you will work with our engineers performing the following tasks:
Prepare a variety of surveys utilizing survey data collected in the field including topographic surveys, boundary surveys, ALTA surveys, subdivision plats, construction staking surveys, easements, right-of-ways, and as-built surveys.
Read and interpret property legal descriptions and related survey records.
Survey projects include residential, commercial, municipal, industrial, and oil and gas.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Minimum 3 years experience.
